Highlights this period

In-vitro lab underway — Guadua bamboo propagation has begun, producing planting stock to supply the nursery and plantation rollout. |

Group entity shares transferred to SUBACO — completed this week, consolidating our operating entities under the group. |

Land & site preparation underway — clearing, levelling and foundation works progressing in the field. |

Land update
Securing land at scale is the foundation of the plantation programme — every hectare under management expands our capacity to grow Guadua bamboo and generate durable, measurable carbon removal.

First land acquisition of 500 hectares closed — now part of the managed estate. |
| • |
We expect to have access to a further 500 hectares this month. |
| • |
This adds to the company’s goal of having more than 4,000 hectares under management by 2027. |
